Miles Kellerman, universitair docent aan de Universiteit Leiden, stelt dat overheden financiële criminaliteit beter kunnen opsporen door Licensed Detection Agents in te zetten, een soort bounty hunters die structurele tekortkomingen in bestaande detectiesystemen moeten oplossen.
