Ontleding van een assertiever China: hoe veranderde haar buitenlandbeleid?
Sinds 2009-2010 beschouwt het Westen China als assertiever. Vooral nadat Xi Jinping in 2012 aan de macht kwam, heeft het land Deng Xiaoping’s low profile-buitenlandbeleid laten varen. Friso Stevens legt in zijn proefschrift uit waar deze verandering vandaan komt. De verdediging is op 28 maart.
