Vici voor Victoria Nyst: ‘Geschiedenis van gebarentaal draagt bij aan identiteitsvorming’
Victoria Nysts liefde voor gebarentaal ontvlamde toen ze tijdens haar studie Afrikaanse taalkunde toevallig op een dovenschool terechtkwam. Inmiddels heeft de universitair docent een Vici-beurs toegekend gekregen om de geschiedenis van deze talen te onderzoeken.
