Het percentage vrouwelijke hoogleraren aan de Universiteit Leiden is gestegen tot 31,2%. Dat blijkt uit de Monitor Vrouwelijke Hoogleraren 2022 van het Landelijk Netwerk Vrouwelijke Hoogleraren (LNVH). De Universiteit Leiden zit daarmee boven het landelijk gemiddelde van 26,7%.
