Afgelopen vrijdag 21 januari 2022 was de AB-jaarvergadering. Tijdens de vergadering werd de winnaar van dé annotatie van 2021 bekend gemaakt. Deze winnaars zijn Demy Jongkind en Annemarie Drahmann, beide werkzaam aan de afdeling Staats- en Bestuursrecht van de Universiteit Leiden.

Door de geopolitieke spanningen wereldwijd waaronder de oorlog in Oekraïne, wil Defensie overal in het land fors uitbreiden. Dit zal o.a. gevolgen hebben voor de opvanglokaties waar asielzoekers verblijven, maar ook voor burgers waarvan de woningen voor de plannen moet wijken.
